This home is in such a great location. You can easily walk to EVERYTHING in Scottsdale. Less than 10 minuites away and you are around 100's of shops, resturants and bars. So much to do in this part of town. There is a grocery right next to our complex. Just a 2 minute walk. Get all your groceries and much more within steps from our home.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home and the community pool. The master bedroom has 1 locked owners closet that you cannot access. There are 2 free parking spots available as well.
Good to know
Our townhouse spans two levels, featuring three cozy bedrooms on the upper floor. Downstairs, you'll find the inviting living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a convenient half bathroom, and a laundry room for your convenience. Please be aware that our accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and their dependents. For your flexibility, we can provide 2 queen air mattresses and 2 sofas. Kindly inform us in advance if you require these amenities so we can ensure they're prepared for your arrival.
