You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the property is a putting green, a gym/exercise room and shared laundry. Laundry is located in the building and is shared with the the other units and can be operated with coins or a credit card.

Please keep all communication on the Airbnb platform. If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you. Your apartment has free WiFi. Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building. The apartment has heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year. Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels. There’s a laptop friendly work station, just in case you need to get some work accomplished during your stay. We have other apartments in this complex. You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free.
