We are located on a quiet street in a tranquil neighborhood of mostly newer condominiums. We are in walking distance, along the Arizona canal, to the heart of downtown Scottsdale and all that it has to offer...Fashion Square Mall, shops, galleries, bars, cafes, Soleri Bridge, museums and myriad restaurants. Scottsdale Civic Center with its lovely gardens, fountains, library and SMOCA are a very short drive...or a pleasant walk, if you prefer. Chaparral Park with its beautiful lake, playground, soccer and baseball fields, and tennis courts are also in walking distance (10 minutes) . Excellent food stores abound in the immediate area, including Safeway and Fry's Supermarkets, Sprouts and Trader Joe's, and the upscale AJ's market. Arizona is one of the premier shopping destinations in the country. Fashion Square is within walking distance of our property. Other excellent shopping destinations include Biltmore Fashion Park, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and Tempe Marketplace all of which are a short drive away.

This unit is steps away from the sparkling pool which is shared by only 4 other units, as well as the very secluded "Secret Garden" area which features an outdoor couch, table and chairs and is surrounded by flowering bougainvillea plants.

The large, bright, well equipped kitchen area features a breakfast table with 4 chairs, appliances include a large stainless steel refrigerator, blender, toaster oven and 4 slice toaster, built in microwave, dishwasher, compact washer/dryer, full electric stove/oven, complete set of pots and pans, dishes and glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, serving and salad bowls. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil and vinegar, etc... The spacious, light filled 25'x17' living/dining room includes a dining table for 6, couch, love seat and chair, a 40" television, dvd player, Cox Cable television with 130+ channels plus 4 premium channels including HBO, Cinemax, Starz and Cox On Demand movies. High speed internet is provided also. Large bedroom, approximately 10'x15', has a very comfortable queen sized bed, a dresser and 2 mirrored closets. En suite bathroom features a large shower, with shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided. Lots of fresh linens and soft fluffy cotton bath towels as well as pool towels are provided. Private, flower filled patio off the kitchen is shaded by a glorious tree growing through the patio floor! This is the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening celebrations. Patio features 2 comfortable chairs and a small table, a gas BBQ and abundant greenery and flower pots. Unrestricted street parking, with semi private walkway to the easily accessible private staircase to your hideaway.

Other Details to Note

Check in time is any time after 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11.00 am. If at all possible, we will do our best to accommodate a later check out or an earlier check in, as long as we don't have a same day changeover.

The Arizona Canal is right across the street from our property. It is suitable for walking or bicycling. You can walk to Downtown Scottsdale in 5-10 minutes. The Scottsdale Trolley stop is close by, and the trolley system will take you all around the city center free of charge. There is a bus stop close by that runs north and south along Scottsdale Road, but Scottsdale has very limited public transport options so a car is almost essential unless you just want to stay close to home and the downtown area.
