You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the property is a gym/exercise room and shared laundry. Laundry can be operated with coins or a credit card.

Pool Closing for Maintenance Dec 5-9 The Maya Pool will be closed and fully drained and refilled beginning Monday December 5 through Friday, December 9, 2022. The Spa will remain open. My main priority is to make sure you have a fantastic stay here in Scottsdale. Here are a few things you should know: Please keep all communication on the Airbnb platform. If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you. Your apartment has free WiFi. Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building. The apartment has heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year. Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels. There’s a laptop friendly work station, just in case you need to get some work accomplished during your stay. We have other apartments in this complex. If you are travelling with a group and all need your own space have a look at my profile for the other listings or simply send me a message and I'll send you the link. You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free.
