You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the property is a putting green, a gym/exercise room and shared laundry. Laundry is located on the same floor as the unit and can be operated with coins or a credit card.

If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you. Your apartment has free WiFi. Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building. The apartment has heating in the colder months and air-conditioning in the warmer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year. Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels. We have other apartments in this complex. If you are travelling with a group and all need your own space have a look at my profile for the other listings or simply send me a message and I'll send you the link. You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free. Jan 2024 update Pool And spa are not being heated due to a gas leak. Prices are reduced to reflect these missing amenities.
