We’ve stayed in the Maya Condominiums on three separate occasions and this stay was the nicest. Very well appointed, refurbished kitchen, and comfortable beds. Comfortably fit three of us for multiple days. Also, they recently redid the exercise area, which is a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for Spring Training and the place was clean and fully stocked kitchen. Akash was super responsive to any question we may have had while staying at his place. Additionally it was a short walk to Old Scottsdale where there was plenty to see and do! Would recommend staying at his place

Very nice, newly renovated apartment. Enjoyed our stay a lot. No issues with any aspect of the apartment. Only wish we had stayed here instead of the AirBNB we booked for first half of our trip.

The place is as described and matched the photos. Fans and TV’s in every room and the AC works great. The house was fully stocked with everything you need and replacements if you run out. There was also bottled water in the fridge and a few snacks on the counter that were gratis. Parking is great and the place is centrally located and close to everything. The check in and check out process is easy and there’s no onerous tearing down of beds or really any special chores to leave. Popped a few glasses and coffee cups in the dishwasher and started it, emptied the trash and we were off. We didn’t cook anything but you certainly could. The kitchen is pretty set up and there’s a gas BBQ on the small private back patio. It’s a very serviceable and clean condo and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there next time we’re in town

Very clean, easy check in and check out. Host was very responsive. Recommend updating pool furniture and adding floats but the house is great overall. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Photos were accurate and everything worked great. Plenty of supplies for a weekend. Pool was super deep so would want to be careful with kiddos but great outdoor space with grass area and lovely trees.

We had a lovely stay at Akash's place. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it was a real treat to have the balcony for relaxing and drinking coffee in the mornings and beer/wine in the afternoon. The location was great and we took advantage of the lovely weather to walk to stores, restaurants, old town and the fashion district. The dedicated covered parking spot was very helpful. Having access to the pool was a great perk.

The apartment is close to town, a 10 min walk to Pikes Market. Lots to see and do. The private garage was nice. The apartment itself is a little dated, but the beds were 10/10, everything was clean and the furnishings etc were clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and flexible with our check in times. Would definitely stay again. It was definitely worth the price. Especially when you consider the hotels in town are charging $65 a day to park. Would 100% stay again.

I had come out to Scottsdale for a medical procedure with some family members and needed a quiet peaceful place to recover . This was the perfect place ! The fenced in backyard was closed in with well manicured grass, fruit trees and a beautiful pool with an outdoor setting. The house was sprawling and very comfortable. A big bonus. A pac-man machine and other games ! Loved it and miss it already .
