This house more than met our needs for our family of 5. Each kid got their own bedroom and they especially enjoyed the Pac-Man and foozball table! The master bedroom was massive with a separate sitting area, which was a bonus. The yard was very spacious (had a pool and propane fire pit) and a great place to hang out. Would definitely return here in the future!

Akash’s place was perfect for our needs. My roommate and I are graduate students at Antioch University, just a block away! It is a pleasant and short walk to campus, and there are several very nice restaurants in the area. The building’s security system (to get into the building and to ride up the elevator) is impressive, and we felt very safe. We will return!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend and it was nice to come home to a place that actually felt like a home and not a sterile hotel. Nice and comfortable and would certainly stay here again.

This place was exactly as described. Very clean and perfect for the space we needed with my family. We enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. Akash was great to work with. Flexible on check in and very responsive.

We spent 3 days in Scottsdale area because of a wedding and found Joginder's place to be ideal for the 5 of us. It was very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and other attractions, like the Old Town and Fashion Square Mall. The apartment is on a quiet street and we felt very safe walking everywhere, even late at night. We liked that there was a full bathroom in every room, which were really appreciated when we were getting dressed up for the formal wedding. We have not used kitchen very much, but did notice that it was fully stocked and ready to be used for cooking and hosting dinner, if wanted to. If we needed a place in Scottsdale area again, we would not hesitate to book this place again.

Akash is an amazing host, his cleaning crew are very good. Always responsive both prior and more importantly during the trip. The condo is in a perfect location very walkable to local markets and restaurants. The pool and amenities with BBQ's, Fitness Centre, Hot tub and Sauna were all put to use.

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood! The house definitely has the wow factor and looks just like the photos. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we loved how well located the property was. We were staying in Arizona for the golf courses and there were certainly lots to choose from! Thanks for a lovely stay.

A beautifully appointed home right in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. So close to shops (Scottsdale Fashion square mall) dining, and grocery stores that you could easily walk, rather than drive there. Famous nightlife and clubs of Scottsdale, including watching live bands perform on weekends, or the rooftop pool lounge at the W hotel, are just a mile north of here. Adjacent to a long stretch of a green belt, which is a ten mile sidewalk path that takes you through golf courses and lakes, safely away from traffic and cars, you can bike from here to Tempe Town Lake, and their downtown area, another hub for shops, dining, and home to Arizona state University. Excellent location where you can enjoy the best of metro Phoenix, and less than fifteen minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Two story condo that felt like home. Clean and beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds for an excellent nights sleep. Well stocked, you need for nothing here, from toiletries down to coffee!

This place was the perfect stay for my friend’s bachelorette it was more than comfortable enough to have seven girls. The backyard was perfect and it was easy to get everywhere.
